Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Manager (Record to Report) for ANZ shift to oversee the end-to-end R2R process. You will ensure seamless delivery of Finance & Accounting services, drive governance, and collaborate with senior client stakeholders to meet SLAs and quality metrics.

You will lead transitions, mentor leaders, drive continuous improvement, and manage audits while maintaining contract commitments and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant R2R experience.
• Experience in FAO domain required.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle/ServiceNow/JIRA/Blackline or similar tools.
• Willingness to work from office, 5 days a week, ANZ night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless Finance & Accounting scope of services with SLA adherence.
• Lead process transitions and successful ramp-up/go-live for new scope.
• Drive governance meetings and act as escalation point.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders and strengthen relationships.
• Maintain and grow scope focusing on CSAT and NPS metrics.
• Drive continuous improvements in process and technology.
• Mentor middle-level leadership and deploy people practices.
• Ensure contractual commitments are met and revenue/margin targets.
• Collaborate with support functions to deliver on commitments.
• Oversee audits and ensure strict process compliance.

Role – Manager (Record to Report)

ANZ Shift mandatory

Key responsibilities

• Seamless delivery of Finance & Accounting scope of services and ensure SLA and process metrics are met/exceeded.
• Managing the process transition and successful ramp up and go live in the case of new scope.
• Drive regular governance meetings and act as escalation point.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders and strengthen relationship.
• Maintain and grow the scope of services, focus on CSAT and NPS scores.
• Drive continuous improvements – both process and technology.
• Develop & mentor middle level leadership, including deployment of people practices.
• Deliver the contractual commitments.
• Work in a collaborative manner with all support functions.
• Managing all the deliverables related to internal and external audits and ensuring the process compliance at utmost priority.
• Manage revenue, margin as per plan, work on contractual documents & changes.

Key skills

• Finance Academics mandatory and should have experience & knowledge in all processes in R2R tower.
• Expertise in GA, Fixed Assets, Reconciliation, Intercompany, Payroll and Reporting etc
• Ability to lead service delivery, engage with Senior Client stakeholders, work with the transformation team and mentor the Team leads.
• Own the operations, service levels, governance meetings, productivity commitments, process documentation.
• Ability to resolve escalations, deployment of sub process wise strategies and work with multiple Client stakeholders.
• Excellent articulation, communication skills and work in matrix structure.
• Possess customer satisfaction skills & ability to lead dialogue with senior level clients.
• Strong, decisive leader with effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead large teams and coach/mentor team leaders.
• Open to work in multiple shifts (majorly night shift).

Candidate Specification:
