Job summary

Manning Consulting in Hyderabad, Telangana, is seeking an experienced R2R specialist to own end-to-end Record to Report processes. You will manage GL accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation in line with US GAAP/IFRS/IndAS.

The role requires 4–8 years in R2R/GL within a shared services/BPO/KPO setting, with strong SAP/Oracle skills and solid accounting standards knowledge. On-site Hyderabad position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (M.Com/MBA Finance/CA Inter/CMA preferred)
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in Record to Report/General Ledger accounting, preferably in a shared services/BPO/KPO environment
• Strong hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Sound knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS/IndAS)

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of R2R processes including GL accounting and month-end close
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve open items
• Prepare and review financial statements per US GAAP/IFRS/IndAS
• Manage fixed assets accounting and intercompany transactions
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and process controls (SOX)
• Drive process improvements and automation within R2R
• Mentor and train junior team members
• Liaise with onshore stakeholders and auditors
• Support audits with required documentation and explanations

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of open items
• Prepare and review financial statements as per US GAAP/IFRS/IndAS
• Manage fixed assets accounting, intercompany transactions, and consolidation activities
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, TAT, and process controls (SOX compliance)
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives within R2R
• Act as SME for training, mentoring, and upskilling junior team members and new hires
