Job summary

Wipro in Pune is seeking a senior R2R lead with 8-15 years of experience to guide Record-to-Report operations. You will drive on-time, accurate delivery, oversee G/L, intercompany, reconciliation, fixed assets, and cash management across geographies.

Strong SAP S/4HANA and advanced Excel skills are essential. You will manage client engagements, establish metrics, monitor SLAs, and lead career development activities for the team, including performance management and training.

Qualifications

• CA / MBA or equivalent for Finance leadership roles.
• 8-15 years of experience in Record-to-Report operations.
• Expert understanding of R2R processes and ability to lead service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead R2R client engagements and oversee end-to-end RTR delivery.
• Ensure on-time, accurate, and quality service within SLAs.
• Drive transformation projects and productivity improvements.
• Mentor and manage team performance, provide feedback and training.
• Collaborate with governance calls with client and Wipro leadership.

Job description

Team Size -100+

Shift - UK shift (starts at 2 pm)

Purpose of the Role:

• C.A., B.COM. / M.COM./ICWA with 8-15 years of experience with expert understanding of Record-to-Report operations and capability to lead Record-to-Report service delivery activities
• Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned Record-to-Report processes
• Support Record-to-Report service delivery by ensuring compliance with operational procedures and effectively leading team execution

Key Functional Responsibilities:

• Lead Finance and Accounting client and handle R2R - Focus on Reporting, General Ledger Entries, Intercompany, Reconciliation Fixed assets and Cash and Bank management etc
• Manage client engagements / contracts across geographies - Operations support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reporting
• SLA adherence
• Build and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making
• Run career development activities for team members including performance management, feedback and training
• Drive transformation projects
• Responsible to drive productivity and efficiency per contractual requirement
• Lead operational and governance calls with client and Wipro leadership as required
• Build backup and cross training plans and ensure they are implemented and revisited regularly
