Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Record to Report Ops Specialist with 7–11 years of experience in R2R. You will support the Finance Operations vertical by collecting data, performing analyses, and reconciling transactions to produce accurate financial statements.

Ideal candidates hold a BCom or equivalent, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and have a solid grasp of reconciliations and MS Office. Night shifts and stakeholder management are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of experience in Record To Report (R2R) or related Finance Operations.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in commerce or MBA or CA or CMA roles.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of record to report process and reconciliations.
• Strong written communication and MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Collect operational data reports to determine financial outcomes and conduct analysis.
• Reconcile transactions and ensure accuracy in the R2R process.
• Prepare and report accounts stored in general ledger and nominal ledger.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs and process controls; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to provide timely financial feedback.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• It covers the steps involved in preparing and reporting the overall accounts which are typically stored in a general or nominal ledger and managed by a Controller.
• A Finance and Accounting (F&A) management process which involves collecting, processing and delivering relevant, timely and accurate information used for providing strategic, financial and operational feedback to understand how a business is performing. What are we looking for?
