Job summary

Jash Energy seeks a Quality Management professional to establish and maintain the QMS, lead ISO 9001 audits, and drive continuous quality improvements across raw materials, in-process and finished product inspections.

The role demands strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with experience in galvanised steel processes, SPC/SQC, and ERP/SAP systems. Collaborative cross-functional work and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing and maintaining a QMS with quality reviews and certification.
• Hands-on knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, audits, and certification processes.
• Ability to perform RCA, CAPA, 8D, Fishbone analyses and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee quality management system setup and periodic reviews.
• Develop quality plans and regularly count and analyze performance data.
• Formulate standard inspections, laboratory procedures, and testing methods.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products throughout production.
• Review inspection procedures and supervise process control in the workshop.
• Address quality incidents and assist with customer complaints on quality.
• Coordinate with QA to advance quality management system work.
• Manage daily tasks: planning, organization, recruitment, and training.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize the establishment of quality management system, regularly organize quality review and certification.
• Develop a quality management plan, regularly count and analyze.
• Organize the formulation of quality standards, quality inspections, and laboratory procedures.
• Organize the quality inspection of the whole process of raw and auxiliary materials inspection, production process inspection, finished product inspection, etc.
• Review the setting of inspection procedures in the process specification, and supervise and inspect the process control of the production workshop.
• Organize the processing of products quality accidents, assist in handling customer complaints on quality.
• Cooperate with quality department to carry out quality management system work.
• Subordinate daily management work (planning, organization, coordination, meetings, assessment, recruitment, rewards and punishments, training, etc.).
• Cooperate with other departments to complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Skill:

• Quality Management Systems (QMS) maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, quality audits, and certification processes.
• Experience in raw material, in-process, and final product quality inspection.
• Knowledge of galvanized steel products, structural fabrication, welding inspection, and surface treatment processes.

• Customer Complaint Handling and Supplier Quality Management.
• Ability to develop quality standards, inspection plans, and testing procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP/SAP systems.
• Leadership, team management, employee training, and performance evaluation.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of national quality regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
