Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a quality assurance professional in India to drive ISO implementation, establish QMS processes, and maintain quality across civil and MEP projects. The candidate will develop quality plans, oversee documentation, and coordinate with teams to ensure adherence to standards.

The role requires expertise in ISO 9001:2008, quality manuals, and process optimization, with focus on site quality, training, and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of setting up ISO norms for the organisation and ISO certification.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality manuals and processes.
• Experience in defining functional parameters, processes, manpower JD and skill matrices.

Responsibilities

• Establishing quality plans for projects and ensuring adherence to QMP.
• Drive quality assurance and control across civil and MEP aspects.
• Conduct periodic quality trainings and meetings and issue site notes and NCs.
• Review of test reports, MTCs and third‑party reports for materials.
• Inspect mocks ups and coordinate approvals; develop checklists for all works.

Job Description

Responsible for :

• Person should have extensive knowledge on setting up ISO norms for the organisation and ISO certification, QMS, Quality manual and Processes. Will work on Quality orientation of functions, Creating a synergy for a quality environment. Work on defining the functional parameters, processes including the manpower JD and skill matrix.ISO - 9001: 2008 implementation experience.

• Drives the project during all the stages with respect to Quality assurance and control in civil and MEP aspects and ensures organizational deliverbales.
• Ensure peroidic quality trainIngs and meetings are held
• Issue Site notes and NCs with respect to site quality.
• Issue Quality observation reports and conduct walk downs for quality
• Ensure review of all Test reports, MTCs, 3rd Party test reports for all materials as per QMP
• Periodic review of QMP
• Inspecting Mock ups and coordinating for approvals
• Establishing check lists for all works
