Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Bengaluru seeks a Quality Assurance professional to implement ISO 9001:2008, lead QMS initiatives and ensure quality across civil and MEP works. The role focuses on establishing quality plans, manuals and processes while coordinating skill matrices and mandatory trainings.

The candidate will drive QA/QC through all project stages, conduct quality reviews of documents, tests and third-party reports, and ensure proper approvals and checklists for all works.

Qualifications

• Experience in ISO 9001:2008 implementation.
• Experience with QMS, quality manual and processes.
• Ability to define functional parameters, processes including JD and skill matrix.

Responsibilities

• Establishing quality plan for the project.
• Quality management and control across civil and MEP aspects.
• Drive the project through all stages with focus on QA/QC and deliverables.
• Schedule periodic quality trainings and meetings.
• Issue site notes and NCs for site quality.
• Prepare Quality observation reports and conduct walk-downs.
• Review all test reports, MTCs and third-party tests per QMP.
• Periodic review of QMP; inspect mock-ups and coordinate approvals.
• Establishing checklists for all works.

Person should have extensive knowledge on setting up ISO norms for the organisation and ISO certification, QMS, Quality manual and Processes. Will work on Quality orientation of functions, Creating a synergy for a quality environment. Work on defining the functional parameters, processes including the manpower JD and skill matrix.ISO - 9001: 2008 implementation experience.
