Job summary

Jaquar Group seeks a Quality specialist to design and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring ISO 9001 compliance. You will monitor CNC machining, edge banding and assembly, perform root-cause analyses (FMEA, 5 Whys, Fishbone), and implement CAPA across the production line.

You will also prepare quality reports, schedule quality activities with Gantt charts, provide shop-floor support, train new staff, and drive Kaizen and 5S while meeting client requirements and maintaining

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001
• Monitor the production cycle to ensure processes meet quality metrics and specifications across CNC machining, edge banding, and assembly
• Investigate quality issues with root cause analyses using FMEA, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Diagrams and implement CAPA
• Prepare reports on malfunctions, non-conformities, and key quality metrics with detailed test results, audits, and SOPs
• Quality scheduling and its implementation using Gantt charts
• Provide technical assistance on the shop floor to support quality goals
• Daily planning adherence as per project flow
• Quality setup aligned with running projects
• Create an environment of teamwork and motivation on the shop floor
• Timely reporting of quality performance through company tools
• Meet client requirements by utilizing materials, processes and tools
• Support installation of all quality facilities and equipment
• Provide training to new employees as per quality standards
• Responsible for in-process quality and final product quality
• Handle tools and gauges related to quality processes
• Monitor inspection activities and identify improvements
• Conduct monthly review meetings with all departments and reporting personnel
• Implement Kaizen and maintain 5S on the shop floor

Job description

Responsibilities for Quality:

• Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 9001
• Monitor the entire production cycle, including CNC machining, edge banding and assembly, to ensure processes meet defined quality metrics and technical specifications
• Investigate product quality issues, conduct root cause analysis using tools like FMEA, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Diagrams, and implement CAPA
• Prepare reports on malfunctions, non-conformities, and quality metrics (e.g., rejection rate, rework percentage). Maintain detailed documentation of test results, audits, and SOPs
• Quality scheduling & its implementation using Gantt chart
• Technical assistance on shop floor to ease the Quality
• Daily planning adherence as per Project flow
• Quality Set‑up as per running projects
• Creating an environment of Bonhomie to motivate each employee
• Timely reporting of Quality performance through tools provided by company
• Meet Client requirements by using Material, Processes & tools
• Supporting installation of all Quality facilities and equipment
• Provide Training to new employees as per quality standards
• Responsible for In‑process Quality & Final Product Quality
• Handling all required tools & gauges related to performing quality processes
• Monitoring all inspection activities and other new improvements
• Monthly review meeting with all deptt. & Reporting person
