Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Tendering, and Contract Management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation/QS software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in Government, Semi-Government, and Infrastructure Project Tendering will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, review, and submission of tenders for civil infrastructure, water supply, sewerage, STP, WTP, pipeline, and allied projects.
• Detailed quantity take-off, cost estimation, rate analysis, budgeting, and preparation of BOQs.
• Study and evaluation of tender documents, drawings, technical specifications, and contract conditions.
• Coordination with engineering, procurement, and project teams for obtaining technical and commercial inputs.
• Preparation of bid queries, tender clarifications, and compliance statements.
• Vendor and subcontractor evaluation, quotation analysis, and cost comparison.
• Contract administration, variation claims, reconciliation of quantities, and project cost monitoring.
• Preparation of project cash flow, resource planning, and cost control reports.
• Ensuring timely submission of bids and compliance with client requirements.
• Maintaining a database of rates, vendors, subcontractors, and historical project costs.
