Job summary

RELT-Realty in Noida is seeking a Manager - Project Execution with 10–18 years of experience to oversee end-to-end site execution for high-rise construction projects, including excavation, RCC, blockwork, plastering, finishing and interior fit-out.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery. The role involves MIS reporting, contract management, and eventual handover to facilities management teams.

Qualifications

• BE degree required.
• 10–18 years of experience expected.
• Experience in high-rise building execution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out execution of excavation, RCC, blockwork, plaster, flooring, tiling, finishing and interior fit-out including MEP.
• Control all deliverables at site as Tower In-charge.
• Oversee execution of high-rise with aluminium shuttering.
• Ensure quality and safety standards as per parameters within timelines.
• Monthly certification of RA bills for all vendors.
• Contracts management.
• MIS generation for Tower, labour reports and progress data.
• Handle customer snags with FM team; handover building to facilities management.

Job Description

• 1) Responsible for carrying out execution of following activities:
• Excavation, RCC, Blockwork, Plaster, flooring, tiling, Finishing and Interior fit-out including MEP.
• 2) Entire knowledge needed to control all deliverables at site as Tower In-charge.
• 3) Prior experience in execution of High rise building with Aluminium shuttering.
• 4) Shall be responsible for overall adherence to Quality & Safety Standards as per standard parameters within scheduled timelines.
• 6) Monthly certification of R.A Bills for all vendors.
• 7) Contracts Management
• 8) MIS generation for Tower, including maintaining labour reports, daily/weekly progress reports, productivity data
• 9) Customer handling, attending any snags given by Customers and FM team.
• 10) Handover of building to Facility management team
