Metro Group is looking for a Civil Site Engineer to oversee end-to-end site execution from foundation to handover for villa and highrise projects in Odisha. You will drive daily to monthly targets, manage labour and subcontractors, ensure quality per GFC drawings, and coordinate with planning, QA/QC, MEP and safety teams.

The role requires a B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 10–12 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication to liaise with clients and consultants.

Qualificações

• Must have strong execution and finishing knowledge for large-scale construction.
• Experience managing large teams, contractors and labour productivity.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in building construction execution – Villa & Highrise projects.
• Must have experience in Mivan Shuttering.
• Stimulus experience across all stages from Pilling to Handover.

Responsabilidades

• Complete in-charge of site execution - from structure to finishing to final handover. Ensure day-to-day execution as per the schedule given by Planning Team. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets for RCC, Blockwork, Plaster & Finishing. Deploy labour, material and machinery to avoid idle time.
• Coordinate with Central Planning Team for master schedule, weekly plans and look-ahead plans. Provide daily progress report (DPR), labour report and hindrance report to planning team. Highlight delays, drawing issues, material shortages in advance.
• Manage and control all contractors & their manpower - Civil, Finishing, Waterproofing, Painting, MEP contractors. Conduct daily morning huddle with Engineers and Foremen. Ensure optimum productivity of labour force.
• Ensure all execution is as per GFC drawings and quality standards. Coordinate closely with MEP, QA/QC and Safety In-charge for seamless execution. Enforce safety compliance and 5S at site
• Certify contractor bills and assist QS team in reconciliation. Control material consumption and wastage - steel, cement, tiles, paint. Coordinate with client / consultants for site inspections and approvals
• Strong execution and finishing knowledge; managing large teams; excellent coordination and communication skills; experience in Villa & Highrise; Mivan Shuttering; Pilling to handover

Role & responsibilities
