Job summary

MAIA Estates is seeking a Project Control and Planning Manager to lead the master project schedule, ensure meticulous planning, and manage MIS reporting across premium interior design and execution projects in Bengaluru. You will work with design, contracts and execution teams to maintain schedules, drive data-driven decisions, and ensure timely closure of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of premium interior design and execution project experience.
• Proven track record of managing projects, coordinating vendors and meeting goals.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with knowledge of construction practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to create the master project schedule and ensure coordination.
• Develop and maintain MIS to disseminate accurate project information across the organization.
• Compile and present MIS reports to provide insights for data-driven decisions.
• Monitor schedules and provide timely updates to stakeholders and teams.
• Continuously improve project planning and management processes and tools.
• Coordinate with design, contracts and execution teams for seamless alignment.
• Update and manage automated trackers to bolster project monitoring and timely closure.

YOUR IMPACT

As a Project Control and Planning manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless planning, coordination and efficient management of our projects. Your expertise in project planning, software utilization, and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining authenticity, accuracy, and timeliness throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with various departments to create and implement the master project schedule, disseminate management information, and monitor project progress.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in premium interior design and execution projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects, coordinating vendors, and achieving project goals
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, and regulations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with various departments to create the master project schedule, ensuring comprehensive planning and coordination
• Develop and maintain the MIS to facilitate the dissemination of accurate and timely project information across the organization
• Compile and present Management Information System reports that provide insights into the Project, facilitating data-driven decision-making
• Monitor and track project schedules, ensuring effective dissemination and providing timely updates to stakeholders
• Continuously improvement
• Continuously improve project planning and management processes by identifying opportunities for optimization and recommending appropriate solutions
• Collaborate closely with design, contracts and execution teams to ensure seamless alignment
• Take charge of updating and managing automated trackers, contributing to streamlined Project monitoring
• Timely closure
• Ensuring timely and accurate closure of deliverables from all teams is an integral part of your role, reflecting your commitment to project success
