Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project planning or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in managing construction projects.
• Experience in construction project execution, preferably in real estate and high-end apartments.

Responsibilities

• To Handle the team of 4-5 Engineers. Collate the inputs from them and generate reports.
• Report to GM regarding day-to-day activities and escalate bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Planning manager to map planned vs actual and take suitable action.
• Coordinate with cost consultant for timely bill processing.
• Resolve issues at site proactively.
• Study the Drawings issued by Architects or Consultants and raise clarifications.
• Check that the Next Day plan with Men and Machinery aligns with the Schedule.
• Ensure sufficient Materials Stock at Site and follow up with Vendors for shortages.

• Check whether, Sufficient Materials Stock is available at Site for Smooth Progress and Follow up with Vendor for any Shortages
