Key Responsibilities

• Review and study all MEP drawings
• Monitor construction progress

• Update daily progress reports and create MIS
• Ensure all contractors follow stringent safety protocols as per the site and contract
• Follow and implement all of MAIA’s construction SOPs
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants
• Communicate updates to internal stakeholders such as Site Engineers, Employees, and Management
