Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in planning & monitoring of residential/commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project costing, budgeting, and cost control techniques.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project, Excel, and MIS reporting tools.
• Sound understanding of construction methodology, contracts, and BOQs.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules (L1/L2/L3) using MS Project / Primavera for residential and commercial projects.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedules and proactively flag delays/risks.
• Coordinate with site, design, procurement, and contracts teams for integrated planning.
• Prepare and review project costing, budgeting, and cash-flow projections.
• Track project budgets vs. actuals and support cost-optimization initiatives.
• Generate periodic progress reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
• Support tendering and contract finalization with planning and cost inputs.
• Conduct resource and productivity analysis to improve execution efficiency; liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors on schedule and cost matters.
