Job summary

Epic Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. in Begusarai, Bihar, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our upcoming Greenfield Carbonated Soft Drinks project.

You will oversee end-to-end operations for seven production lines, drive commissioning, and ensure GMP and food safety compliance. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in beverage manufacturing, strong leadership, and a track record of scale-up and plant commissioning.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of beverage manufacturing experience.
• Experience in large-scale beverage production operations.
• Experience in greenfield/brownfield projects and plant commissioning.
• Strong technical, analytical and leadership skills.
• Preference for candidates from Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Campa or similar beverage companies

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production operations for CSD manufacturing.
• Handle production planning, manpower deployment, productivity, OEE, yield and wastage control.
• Knowledge of Water Treatment, Syrup Preparation, Blending, Carbonation, Filling, Packaging and CIP.
• Drive plant commissioning, trial runs, stabilization and commercial production.
• Ensure GMP, Food Safety, SOPs and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse and other functions.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, train and develop production teams to achieve operational targets.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization and process efficiency.

• Strong knowledge of Water Treatment, Syrup Preparation, Blending, Carbonation, Filling, Packaging and CIP processes.
• Drive plant commissioning, trial runs, stabilization and commercial production.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, SOPs and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse and other functions for smooth operations.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of relevant experience in Beverage/CSD manufacturing.
• Strong experience in large-scale beverage production operations.
• Experience in Greenfield/Brownfield projects and plant commissioning will be preferred.
• Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Candidates from reputed beverage/CSD organizations such as Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Campa or similar beverage companies will be preferred.
