Job summary

Varun Beverages Limited seeks a Production-Executive to join its manufacturing team in Karnataka. The role focuses on planning production, coordinating with QC, Maintenance, and Shipping, and ensuring KPI targets and quality parameters are met.

Candidate should have B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical and 3–6 years of beverage-industry experience, with hands-on knowledge of major line equipment and SAP. The position is on-site with shift-based responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Beverage industry must be demonstrated.
• Knowledge of GMP and systematic working.
• Ability to production plan and manage manpower.
• Knowledge of KN lines and related equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

JD:

• Education: B. Tech / B. E. (Mechanical & Electrical) Regular only other qualification not allowed.
• Experience: 3 to 6 yrs.

• Experience in Beverage industry must...
• Knowledge of SAP, MS excel, MS office.
• Production planning.
• Good Interpersonal skill...
• Knowledge of KRONES Blow Molding- Filler (Combi, Bloc), and Sidel blow molder, KHS filler, Labeler, shrink wrap, Palletizer Operations
• CSD glass line & Hot fill glass line knowledge
• Be a part of production planning and manpower planning.
• Monitoring Day to Day Production activities and report to Production head.
• Control of manufacturing activities, handling workforce, maintaining statutory government requirements.
• Should have sound knowledge of GMP and able to conduct systematic working.
• Accountable for production machine wise KPI and manpower hours.
• Able to handle shift operations
• Has to coordinate with internal departments QC, Maintenance, Shipping
• Has to maintain all the quality parameters.
• Responsible for volume deliver and NE achievements
• Responsible for all KPI target Achievement(preform yield,co2 yield, closure& crown yield)
