Job summary

Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages (HCCB) in Tirupati seeks an experienced maintenance/production supervisor to manage shift production lines, ensure targets, safety, quality and GMP compliance. You will coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance, monitor run hours in SAP, and drive 5S and safety initiatives.

The role requires 2-3 years in beverage maintenance/production, a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or diploma, and hands-on ability to organize manpower and logbooks for

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation).
• 2-3 years beverage industry experience.
• Knowledge of GMP, 5S and maintenance planning; familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production as per plan, ensuring safety, quality within specifications, yields and usages in targets.
• Carry out preventive maintenance/Time Based Maintenance of line equipment.
• Perform breakdown maintenance with RCA/CAPA when required and minimize downtime.
• Manning requisition and allocation of manpower during shifts.
• Verify CLTI and logbooks along with rejections during the shift.
• Conduct 1h per equipment daily focusing on 5S, PM, abnormality tagging and operator training.
• Maintain SAP run hours, PM schedules, abnormality entry and tag closures; reduce tag age below 7 days.
• Plan, communicate and execute punch list activities during maintenance windows.
• Record Contract Workforce Management entries and track preforms.
• Ensure safety protocols, machine guarding, interlocks and LOTO during maintenance.
• Adhere to GMP practices and ensure finished goods meet quality protocols.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Objective: Managing the production line/lines in shifts. Ensuring production targets are met with compliance in QSPECS parameters laid down.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering production as per production plan, ensuring safety, quality within specifications, yields and usages within targets
• Responsible for carrying out Preventive Maintenance/ Time Based Maintenance of line equipments
• Responsible for carrying out breakdown maintenance for all equipment within the shortest possible time during the shift, RCA and CAPA implementation to be done for the same
• Responsible for manning requisition and allocation of available manpower to various workstations during the shift.
• Responsible for verification of CLTI and logbooks along with rejections in the shift
• Responsible for conducting 1hr per equipment on the respective equipment on daily basis by focusing on 5S, CLTI, PM, Abnormality identification and tagging, operator training and safety
• Maintaining run hours of each equipment in SAP, PM Schedule generation & abnormality entry and Tag closure. Total Tag age to be reduced below 7 days by pushing equipment tracking sheet and maintaining spares inventory
• Planning, communication and execution of punch list activities during maintenance window
• Performing Contract Workforce Management system entries and maintaining preform tracking sheet
• Ensuring all the safety protocols are followed all the time including machine guarding, safety interlocks and LOTO system during maintenance.
• Ensuring GMP practices as per the company standards
• Ensuring finished goods are produced as per the quality protocols
