Formación

• 4-8 years of experience in production/manufacturing, preferably FMCG or Food & Beverage.
• Proven experience managing high-speed production lines and shift teams.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GHP and SOP compliance.
• Ability to analyse production data, control losses and drive productivity improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Effective cross-functional coordination and communication abilities.
• Leadership skills with a focus on team development.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production MIS tools.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, supervise and monitor daily production activities according to the production schedule.
• Achieve production targets while maximizing productivity and operational efficiency.
• Lead multi-shift production teams, ensuring optimal manpower deployment.
• Track line performance, process parameters, equipment uptime and loss control.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Engineering and other functions for seamless plant operations.
• Enforce GMP, GHP, SOPs, safety standards and company policies.
• Analyse performance data, identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare accurate shift reports, documentation and production MIS.
• Investigate deviations, implement corrective and preventive actions and support audits.
• Train and develop team members to enhance technical capability and workplace discipline.
