Job summary

Lupin in Navi Mumbai seeks a Brand Manager to oversee the assigned portfolio and drive growth through strategic brand plans and market initiatives.

You will conduct analyses, develop robust plans, monitor execution, and coordinate with sales and marketing for successful launches, while ensuring financial discipline.

• Prepare robust brand plans: conduct internal & external analysis, formulate strategic planning, monitor execution
• Drive design elements of strategy, tactics, action plan, investment to impact market share
• Training sales team on brand plan execution in cycle meetings and conferences
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts where applicable

Job description

Overall brand management of the assigned portfolio . Should be capable of establishing Key issues / opportunities, Design elements of strategy, Tactics, action plan, investment to impact market share, market growth strategies & enhance profit for the assigned portfolio

Will be involved in new Product launch and prior experience of brand launch will be appreciated

Prepare robust brand plans: Conduct internal & external analysis, formulate strategic planning, monitor execution

Good hold on MS office (especially Excel and power point)

Product development and Brand planning: Develop and implement product plans & ensure they meet business objectives

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Financial focus: Ensure all Brand campaigns are effectively managed on time and within financial constraints

Training sales team on brand plan execution in cycle meetings, managing conferences and related initiatives etc.

Experience in digital marketing if any would be appreciated
