Job summary

The Sleep Company is seeking an experienced indirect procurement professional in India, focusing on IT hardware, SaaS and admin categories, with exposure to retail store procurement. You will manage ERP-driven P2P processes, run renewals, and support store fit-outs and logistics negotiations. Strong analytics and vendor-management skills are essential.

You will contribute to spend analysis, vendor scorecards and quarterly reviews, while maintaining master data and compliance across categories.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in indirect procurement across IT, admin, services or retail operations.
• Exposure to retail store procurement (furniture, fixtures, fit-out or R&M) and SaaS / IT commercial models.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP / Oracle or similar): PR to PO, rate contracts, GRN and vendor master.
• Working knowledge of P2P and S2P tools: e-sourcing events, contract repository, PO and invoice follow-up.
• Spend analysis: building category and vendor spend views, tail-spend identification and savings MIS in Excel / Power BI.
• Vendor scorecards and SRM: maintaining scorecards, running periodic vendor reviews and tracking corrective actions.
