• Manage Import Procurement & Logistics including import docs, customs clearance, and freight coordination.
• Enhance Procurement Planning & Process Efficiency using ERP systems and KPI monitoring.

Job Responsibility:

Lead Procurement Operations & Supplier Coordination by managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, resolving supply issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability for production.

Drive Material Planning & Inventory Control through demand forecasting, inventory optimization, stock analysis, and lead time monitoring to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing shortages and excess stock.

Handle Critical Supply Chain Challenges by proactively mitigating supply risks, expediting urgent requirements, resolving delivery delays, and ensuring business continuity in high-pressure manufacturing environments.

Manage Import Procurement & Logistics by overseeing import documentation, customs clearance, international shipments, and coordination with freight forwarders to ensure timely and compliant material movement.

Enhance Procurement Planning & Process Efficiency using ERP systems to streamline procurement activities, improve data accuracy, monitor procurement KPIs, and implement continuous process improvements.

Team management:
Mentoring and developing team members to enhance overall team performance by fostering a high-performance culture, encouraging accountability and ownership, and building the capabilities needed to achieve operational excellence.

Who you are

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant Experience:

12-15 years of experience in import Purchase, Procurement, or Supply Chain functions.

Industry Exposure

Experience in automotive components, trading, or manufacturing environments preferred.

Systems & Process Orientation

Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Excel and Email writing, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to procurement processes.
