The role translates customer demand into executable production plans, ensuring alignment between Sales, SCM, Manufacturing Engineering and Production Operations. The position focuses on delivering on delivery commitments, maintaining production stability, optimizing capacity, and driving operational excellence through data-driven decision making and performance

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Order Management for Trucks and Buses, aligning Sales, SCM, Manufacturing Engineering and Production Operations.
• Drive order-to-delivery execution and ensure customer delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with SCM, Manufacturing and Operations for Short-Term Plan changes.
• Support capacity planning activities and cross-functional reviews for demand fluctuations.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor Order Fulfilment KPIs and drive improvements.
• Coordinate Domestic & Export production plans with relevant sales teams.

Lead the end-to-end Order Management process for Trucks and Buses by translating customer demand into executable production plans, ensuring alignment between Sales, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Manufacturing Engineering, and Production Operations. The role is responsible for achieving delivery commitments, maintaining production stability, optimizing capacity utilization, and driving operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Demand & Order Management

• Manage order intake, prioritization, allocation, and fulfilment to ensure customer delivery commitments are achieved
• Drive order-to-delivery execution, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities
• Support launch readiness and execution of new products, variants, and special customer requirements

Production Planning & Execution

• Ensure smooth execution of production plans while balancing customer priorities, production constraints, and material availability
• Own end-to-end coordination and implementation of Short-Term Plan changes across SCM, Manufacturing, and Operations
• Evaluate supply constraints and develop mitigation plans to avoid production disruptions

Capacity & Business Planning

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and SCM teams to support medium and long-term capacity planning activities
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews for demand fluctuations, volume changes, and planning assumptions
• Provide inputs for S&OP and Business Planning processes

Performance Monitoring & Analytics

• Monitor and analyse Order Fulfilment KPIs, identify root causes for deviations, and drive corrective actions with relevant stakeholders
• Develop and maintain management dashboards, reports, and planning analytics
• Generate actionable insights through demand, supply, backlog, and delivery performance analyses
• Support planning process improvements, automation initiatives, and digital transformation projects
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency, visibility, and control

Domestic & Export Responsibilities

Domestic

• Coordinate with the Domestic Sales team to consolidate and validate Short-Term Production Plans and Long-Term Demand Forecasts

Export

• Coordinate with the Export Sales team to consolidate and validate Short-Term Production Plans and Long-Term Demand Forecasts
