Job summary

Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited in India seeks a qualified professional to manage global distribution planning for polymer products, synchronizing material availability with the global sale plan and inventories.

The role requires coordinating with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Marketing, and EXIM/Logistics to ensure timely dispatches. A BE in relevant fields and 3+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Production (or related) as required.
• Self-driven Team Leader with collaborative attitude and strong communication skills.
• Strong time management and decision-making abilities to drive timely dispatches and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Global distribution plan (Export & Domestic) for all Polymer Products aligned with material availability and Global Sale Plan.
• Update and adjust the Global distribution plan based on dynamic Demand & Supply changes during the month.
• Track Plan vs Actual and coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Marketing, Sales Execution, EXIM/Logistics to maximize on-time dispatches.
• Review PPC/MIS reports to streamline processes and ensure timely dispatches as per commitments (Export containers and Domestic vehicles).
• Review Production sequence plan with product planners to align with dispatch timelines of orders.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to maintain steady FG movement from plant and avoid overstock throughout the month.
• Ensure MIS updates are circulated to stakeholders within the decided timeline.

Job description

• Responsible for preparing Global distribution plan (Export & Domestic) of all Polymer Products in line with Material availability, Global Sale Plan & Global in hand Inventories.
• Responsible of doing necessary changes in Global distribution plan (Export & Domestic) based upon dynamic changes in Demand & Supply situations during the month.
• Responsible for tracking & circulating Plan Vs Actual of Global distribution plan (Export & Domestic) during the month & co-ordinating with all the stake holders (Production, Quality, Warehouse, Marketing, Sales Execution Team, EXIM / Logistic) to achieve it maximum possible.
• Responsible to review internal PPC Reports to streamline the process & ensuring timely dispatches of all Export & Domestic as per the commitments given. (Export Container Planning & Domestic Vehicles Planning)
• Responsible for reviewing Production sequence plan with individual product planner to ensure it should be inline with dispatch timelines of the orders.
• Responsible to co-ordinate with all the stake holders to ensure regular movement of FGs from plant to avoid overstock situations during the month.
• Responsible for ensuring all MIS to be updated & circulated to concerned stake holders as per the timeline decided.
