Infiniti Retail Limited (Croma) is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to drive governance across real estate, BFSI, and retail projects. You will standardize processes, build executive dashboards, and manage risk and budgets with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires 11+ years of PMO experience, PMP/PMO certifications, and strong SAP/MIS/Excel skills to deliver on-time milestones and transparent reporting to leadership.

• PMO Manager with PMP certification and governance experience.

• Proven ability to standardize processes and reporting frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, accounts and finance for timely bill settlement.
• Prepare DPR/WPR/MPR and other reports for review by heads of department.
• Coordinate with consultants, designers and contractors for drawings as needed.
• Ensure budget and risk management are in place and monitored.
• Maintain MIS reporting, CxO dashboards, and project status updates.
• Assist PMO Manager with BOQ preparation and procurement in SAP.
• Monitor R.A. bills, contractor measurements, and final bill closures.
• Communicate roadblocks to stakeholders and help remove them.

Role & responsibilities

Required PMO Manager | PMP | 11+ Yrs Project Management & PMO Governance | Real Estate, BFSI & Retail | MIS Reporting, CxO Dashboards, Risk & Schedule Management | Design & Build, Interior Fit-Out, Commercial Interiors | Process Standardization

• Co-ordinating with the vendors, contractors, accounts and finance team w.r.t timely bill settlement.
• Preparing DPR/WPR/MPR (Daily Progress Report) with other reports and submitting the same to H.O.D for review.
• Co-ordinating with the consultants, designers & contractors for drawings required if any.
• Co-ordination with internal and external auditors wrt to Capex Reviews and queries.
• Ensuring & assisting in budget and risk management.
• Co-ordinating with internal as well as external stakeholders for timely delivery of materials at the site.
• Should have basic knowledge of MEP works.
• Assisting Project Manager in preparing the BOQ for Civil/Interior work/MEP works.
• Raising PR/SR(Purchase Requisition) in SAP for the bought‑out materials etc. required at the site.
• Checking R.A.bills, measurement sheets of the contractors, and assisting the Project Manager in the closure of final bills of site.
• Ensure roadblocks are communicated to all internal stakeholders and assist in removing the same.
• Knowledge of SAP, MIS, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD, etc. is a must.
• Should have sound knowledge of materials and their rates used for construction activities.
• Good negotiation skills are required.
• Good communication & Collaboration skills are required.
• Key metrics will therefore be TAT, Precise communication & Collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones & Budgetary concerns.
