Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented PMO Manager to manage and coordinate multiple projects across Global Capability Centre (GCC) clients. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, stakeholder management, governance, and reporting skills, with the ability to drive project execution and ensure alignment with business objectives. Prior experience working with GCCs will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects across GCC clients, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and progress trackers.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and dependencies, and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, management presentations, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure smooth project execution.
• Establish and maintain PMO processes, project governance frameworks, and reporting standards.
• Facilitate project review meetings, steering committee discussions, and stakeholder updates.
• Track project deliverables, resource utilization, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and operational efficiency.
• Support change management, escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
• Travel to client locations as required.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• MBA from a recognized institute.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in PMO, project management, program coordination, or project governance.
• Strong understanding of project planning, monitoring, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a client-facing or consulting environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools and dashboards is preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel based on client and project requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working with Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or large-scale transformation projects.
• Exposure to project governance, PMO setup, transformation management, or operational excellence.
