Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in the real estate sector.
• 10–15 years of programme/project management within corporate workplaces.
• Experience delivering for global clients with stringent governance standards.
• Degree in Architecture; PMP/Prince2/RICS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project planning and delivery with global standards and governance.
• Establish robust reporting, risk registers, action logs, and change-control systems.
• Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders for approvals, audits, and documentation.
• Drive integration between base build and fit-out delivery for seamless alignment.
• Lead project controls including cost management, scheduling, risk forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage design reviews, technical validations, quality benchmarks, and configuration standards.
• Monitor contractor performance, procurement timelines, and change orders.
• Ensure best-in-class HSE practices, documentation hygiene, and audit readiness.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional PM teams with clarity, discipline, and accountability.
