Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead scheduling for datacenter and large industrial projects in Hyderabad. The role focuses on developing strategies, timelines, and milestone targets while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project planning, strong MS Project skills, and proven leadership ability to drive schedules and recovery actions across concurrent programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• 2+ years of proven planning management or team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success managing planning functions on complex projects.
• Expert proficiency in MS Project and advanced MS Office.
• Extensive experience in datacenter and large industrial projects.
• Strong project management and scheduling expertise.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strategic business acumen for project planning.
