Job summary

Peoplefy Infosolutions in Mumbai seeks an experienced Planning Manager to lead planning for large-scale Data Center projects. You will own master, baseline and detailed schedules, coordinating with design, procurement, construction, MEP, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 15-18+ years in construction planning with 6+ years in planning leadership and hands-on experience on at least two data center programs.

Qualifications

• 15-18+ years total experience in construction planning.
• 6+ years in Planning Manager or senior planning roles.
• Hands-on experience on at least two complete large-scale Data Center projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Experience with EPC/contracting companies.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, project controls and procurement.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate/travel for project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and develop master, baseline and detailed project schedules.

• Strong client, contractor, vendor and stakeholder management experience.

Preferred Industry: Data Center / EPC / Construction / MEP / Infrastructure

Education: BE/B.Tech preferred.
