Job summary

Peoplefy Infosolutions seeks a Project Manager Planning for AI/Hyperscale Data Center projects in Pune/Mumbai. Lead scheduling, risk management, procurement planning, and cross-functional coordination across MEP, Civil, Design, QA/QC and vendors.

You should have 15+ years in project planning with 6–8 years on-site experience and hands-on Primavera P6 / MS Project proficiency, plus exposure to BIM/VDC and data center lifecycle projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
• 6–8 years of on-site Project Planning experience.
• Experience in 2–3 Data Center projects with complete lifecycle exposure.
• Experience with MEP General Contractors or MEP Equipment Suppliers preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Strong understanding of AI/Hyperscale Data Center construction and MEP projects.
• Exposure to BIM/VDC tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Develop micro schedules, recovery plans, shutdown plans, and 2/3-week lookahead schedules.
• Monitor project progress, critical path, delays, risks, and recovery actions.
• Plan and track procurement of mission-critical MEP equipment such as UPS, DG, Chillers, Transformers, Switchgear, CRAH/CRAC, and BMS.
• Coordinate with MEP, Civil, Design, Procurement, QA/QC, Contractors, Vendors, and Commissioning teams.
• Monitor manpower, productivity, material status, and project milestones.
• Conduct delay analysis, schedule impact assessments, and EOT evaluations.
• Track Level 1–5 Testing & Commissioning and phased handover activities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project reports, KPIs, risk registers, and management dashboards.
• Support value engineering and time/cost optimization initiatives.

Job Description
