Job summary

Zee Entertainment Enterprises' ZEE5 division is seeking a Campaign Manager to lead paid campaigns across Facebook and Google, optimize ROAS, and build dashboards to measure performance. You will work with analytics and marketing teams to drive subscriber growth and new demand through data-driven digital initiatives.

2-3 years of hands-on experience with FB Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager, app install/remarketing campaigns, and tracking tools like Appsflyer or Adjust is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital performance campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
• Experience with app install/app remarketing campaigns at scale on FB and Google.
• Experience with tracking/analytics tools such as Appsflyer or Adjust.
• Subject matter expert in programmatic ad buying, social media planning, and analytics for growth.
• Strong campaign data analysis and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.

Position Overview:

The Campaign Manager shall be an integral part of the digital performance marketing team in driving & executing the Facebook & Google Campaigns for building year on year 4x business growth. The incumbent will have a firm grasp on understanding the data and performance marketing tools to build digital analytics capability and a ROI driven approach to create a buzz amongst our viewers.

What You ll Do:

• Execution and implementation of paid campaigns via Facebook, Google Channels, Programme Channels, Media planning and buying on digital, drive new digital initiatives to generate new demand and convert new subscribers.
• Optimizing ROAS (return on ads spend)
• Ownership of end-to-end paid campaigns execution across channels
• Build intuitive and robust dashboards which will help in measuring and acting upon basis campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign results, develop analytical & data driven methodologies to scale up campaigns efficiently.

Who You Are:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital performance campaigns on: FB Ads Manager & Google Ads Manager.
• Managed App Campaigns (App install / App remarking) at scale FB and Google campaigns.
• Has experience of working on tracking & analytics tool - Appsflyer/Adjust.
• Subject matter expert to all things digital, expert in programmatic ad buying, social media planning, social media analytics for growth in content and campaign engagement.
• Highly analytical & good at campaign data analysis & reporting - Excel & Power Point Presentations.
• Good to Have: Has worked across different tools & platforms such as Mix Panel, Automating reports from marketing channels, preferably.
