Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Demonstrated ability to shape and lead end-to-end learning and onboarding transformation engagements with strong solution design and delivery governance. Experienced in conducting learning needs analysis to define capability gaps and build targeted learning interventions. Proficient in designing integrated learning curricula, learning journeys, and enterprise learning strategies aligned to business objectives. Skilled in creating onboarding journey frameworks, including pre-boarding, joining, post-joining, and new-joiner or transfer onboarding programmes. Working knowledge of learning operations and LMS administration to support scalable and efficient learning delivery.
