EY in New Delhi is seeking a Manager for National PAS WKFA-CNS within Workforce Advisory. The role focuses on aligning client people strategies with business goals, with emphasis on HR transformation, leadership alignment, and workforce analytics.

You will work across case teams to design end-to-end HR solutions, apply AI-enabled HR practices, and contribute to sales by articulating advisory offerings. The position requires strong consulting foundations and multi-client collaboration.

Formación

• MBA or equivalent with HR specialization.
• 6+ years project management experience.
• Proven HR advisory delivery and change management.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong consulting foundation with demonstrated ability to support HR advisory engagements and translate client needs into actionable workforce solutions. Solid understanding of hire-to-retire HR processes, enabling effective analysis and design of end-to-end workforce management solutions. Proficient in HR consulting delivery with exposure to project execution, governance, and structured problem-solving across client engagements. Working knowledge of HR technology landscapes and emerging AI applications in HR to support modernization and process improvement initiatives. Ability to contribute to sales support through solution articulation, proposal inputs, and alignment of advisory offerings to client requirements.

Qualification

• Master of Business Administration
• PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management

Experience

• Project Management (6+ years)
