Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to own end-to-end PMS operations, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires handling NAV computation, fund accounting, trade execution oversight, and regulatory reporting. A minimum of 3 years in PMS operations and strong SEBI PMS knowledge are essential, with excellent Excel and attention to detail expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end PMS and fund accounting, including NAV computation and unit reconciliation.
• Manage expense allocation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise daily trade execution and EOD trade bifurcation with custodians.
• Coordinate across brokers, custodians and banks to resolve settlements.
• Oversee client fund flows and fee reconciliations.
• Review SEBI regulatory and compliance reports (monthly/quarterly).
• Review performance, attribution analysis and tax computation for overseas clients.
• Mentor operations team and implement SOPs and process improvements.
• Audit client accounts and ensure accuracy of PMS sheets and MIS.
• Strong emphasis on process efficiency and cross-stakeholder coordination.

Job Description:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of PMS operations, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end PMS and fund accounting, including NAV computation, unit reconciliation, and
• expense allocation
• Supervise daily trade execution, liquidity management, and EOD trade bifurcation with custodians for
• multiple scheme
• Ensure accuracy of client portfolios on PMS sheets and internal MIS
• Liaise with brokers, custodians, and banks to resolve settlement and operational issues
• Oversee client fund flows, including third-party investments and fee reconciliations
• Review and finalize SEBI regulatory and compliance reports, including monthly and quarterly submissions
• Review performance, attribution analysis, and tax computation for overseas clients
• Mentor the operations team while implementing SOPs and process improvements
• Audit of client accounts
