• Strong knowledge of SEBI PMS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end PMS and fund accounting, including NAV computation and unit reconciliation.
• Oversee daily trade execution, liquidity management, and EOD trade bifurcation with custodians for multiple schemes.
• Ensure accuracy of client portfolios on PMS sheets and internal MIS.
• Liaise with brokers, custodians, and banks to resolve settlement and operational issues.
• Oversee client fund flows, including third-party investments and fee reconciliations.
• Review and finalize SEBI regulatory and compliance reports, including monthly/quarterly submissions.
• Review performance, attribution analysis, and tax computation for overseas clients.
• Mentor the operations team while implementing SOPs and process improvements.
• Audit of client accounts.
