Job summary

Befree Business Resourcing in Bengaluru invites a seasoned marketing leader to spearhead our global B2B strategy. You will own brand cohesion across programs, drive demand gen, content, SEO, PPC, events, and orchestration of multi-channel campaigns.

You will mentor a diverse marketing team, collaborate with sales and leadership, manage budgets and contractor relationships, and push innovative tech to optimise the customer journey and pipeline performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of team management and leadership experience.
• B2B marketing experience is a must.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and refinement of the overarching marketing strategy.
• Own the brand cohesion of B2B programs and digital experiences
• Lead and mentor a team of marketers spanning demand generation, content creation, campaign management, SEO, PPC, creative and other areas.
• Foster collaboration with sales, operations, and leadership to stimulate new business growth, taking full ownership of pipeline targets. Pave the way for introducing new services to the markets, staying ahead as an industry trendsetter.
• Conceptualize and execute cross-functional, cross-channel marketing campaigns.
• Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies and strategies, driving innovation, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing outcomes. Collaborate closely with client-facing teams to ensure harmonization of marketing strategies with acquisition and retention initiatives. Take charge of overseeing the entire customer journey across all marketing touch points.
• Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and the overall marketing budget.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Business, or related field.
• B2B marketing experience is a must. SaaS experience also welcomed.
• 10+ years of related work experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of team management and leadership experience
• Should have crafted and organized integrated campaigns such as webinars, email marketing, digital, events, paid campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience owning a revenue and pipeline number; thrive in an outcome-focused environment.
