Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business] is seeking a senior manufacturing engineer to lead the battery pack line design and upgrade projects in India. The role requires strong project management and hands-on experience with production lines.

You will drive process flow, lay out design, and ergonomic improvements, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and budget targets. Experience in TPM and production optimization is essential.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in battery pack line projects
• PM/TPM experience and strong organizational skills
• Ergonomic methods training and application knowledge

• Advanced skills with the Internet, data entry, spreadsheets, and word processing, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in project management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education Qualification
