Job summary

Live Connections is hiring a Production Manager for ICCU / EV components at the plant manufacturing site. The role leads end-to-end production operations, greenfield line setup, process standardization and volume manufacturing, with a focus on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in automotive manufacturing, 3–5 years of managerial experience, and a BE/BTech/MTech in EEE/ECE/Mechatronics/Mechanical.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end production operations for ICCU and EV power electronics, including greenfield line setup, process standardization and commissioning.
Drive takt time, cycle-time reduction, line balancing and capacity planning.
Develop SOPs, WI, PFD and PFMEA; lead root-cause analysis using 8D, 5-Why and Fishbone.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Lead multi-shift production teams including engineers, supervisors, technicians and operators.

Vacancy: 1 Position

KEY ROLE

Lead end-to-end production operations for ICCU and EV power electronics, including greenfield line setup, process standardization, commissioning, production team development and volume manufacturing.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead greenfield ICCU assembly line setup, layout planning, machinery positioning, tooling selection and commissioning.
Manage SMT integration, high/low-voltage assembly, potting and curing stations.
Develop SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and PFMEA.
Drive takt time, cycle-time reduction, line balancing and capacity planning.
Integrate automated assembly equipment, EOL electrical/thermal testing, conformal coating and QR/2D traceability systems.
Lead multi-shift production teams including engineers, supervisors, technicians and operators.
Drive KPIs including OEE, FTT yield, scrap reduction and safety compliance.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Lead root-cause analysis using 8D, 5-Why and Fishbone methodologies.
Maintain strict EHS and ESD controls in high-voltage production areas.
