Progenesis Fertility Center, a leading fertility provider in India, seeks a Manager – Licensing & Compliance to ensure all centres operate under statutory and regulatory requirements. You will support expansion, coordinate with regulators, and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation.

The role focuses on licenses, registrations, audits, and NABH/JCI coordination, with travel across India as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration or related field.
• 12–18 years of Licensing, Compliance, Hospital Admin, or Regulatory Affairs.
• Strong knowledge of ART, PCPNDT, Drug License, NABH and other regs.
• Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with multi-location healthcare organisations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, renewal and maintenance of all statutory licenses.
• Ensure compliance with ART, PCPNDT, Drug License, NABH, and related regs.
• Coordinate with authorities for approvals, inspections and audits.
• Maintain complete, accurate compliance documentation across centres.
• Prepare compliance reports, dashboards and audit docs for management.
• Monitor regulatory updates and implement changes across the org.
• Support new centre launches by obtaining approvals.
• Conduct internal reviews and coordinate NABH/JCI accreditations.
• Train teams on compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal, HR, Finance, and Clinical teams.

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Licensing & Compliance to ensure our centres operate in full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements while supporting our continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, renewal, and maintenance of all statutory licenses and registrations.
• Ensure compliance with ART, PCPNDT, Drug License, Clinical Establishment, Biomedical Waste, Fire NOC, and other applicable healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals, inspections, and audits.
• Maintain complete and accurate compliance documentation across all centres.
• Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and audit documentation for management.
• Monitor regulatory updates and implement compliance changes across the organization.
• Support new centre launches by obtaining all necessary statutory approvals.
• Conduct internal compliance reviews and coordinate NABH/JCI and other accreditation audits.
• Train and guide operational teams on compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal, HR, Finance, and Clinical teams to ensure regulatory excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 12–18 years of experience in Licensing, Compliance, Hospital Administration, or Regulatory Affairs.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations including ART, PCPNDT, Drug License, NABH, and other statutory requirements.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with multi-location healthcare organizations will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
