Position: Center Manager

Location: Boon IVF Fertility Center, Gachibowli

Working Hours: 8.5 to 9 hours per day,

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday work will be compensated with a day off)

Position Overview

Boon IVF Fertility Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Center Manager to oversee the operations of the center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving revenue generation, and ensuring the clinic meets its EBITDA targets. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a solid background in healthcare or fertility services, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
• Manage team rosters, leave schedules, and conflict resolution among staff.

Revenue Generation:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing / business development teams to increase patient inflow and clinic visibility.
• Explore and introduce new services or offerings to boost revenue.

EBITDA Management:

• Ensure the clinic meets its EBITDA targets.
• Manage expenses and optimize resource allocation.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor and develop clinic staff.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

Patient Relations:

• Ensure excellent patient experience and satisfaction.
• Address and resolve any patient complaints or concerns promptly.
• Maintain high standards of patient confidentiality and ethical practices.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols within the clinic.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualification & Skills

• Masters Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fertility or healthcare sector.
• Proven track record in operational management & revenue generation
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and tools.
