• Carry out/Review title reports, search reports and legal opinions.
• Manage litigation involving the Company before courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities.
• Develop litigation strategy, monitor progress and ensure timely filing of pleadings and appeals.
• Maintain litigation MIS and minimise legal costs and adverse outcomes.
