Lendingkart Group is seeking a senior legal adviser to draft and negotiate IT/ITES contracts, ensure internal controls and compliance, and guide corporate governance. You will implement robust legal standards, advise on regulatory matters, and manage external counsel for disputes and IP issues.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience in legal advisory, contract management, and compliance, with strong drafting and vetting capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience drafting and vetting agreements for IT/ITES and NBFC sectors.
• Advising on statutory/regulatory requirements and risk management.

• Draft and negotiate IT/ITES contracts with stakeholders.

Job Descriptions :

• Hands on experience in drafting and negotiating IT/ITES contracts


• Ensure adequate internallegalcontrols are applied to safeguard the business and resources of the company and ensure compliance with all internal and external reporting obligations.


• Devise and implementlegalstandards, processes, systems, effective policies and procedures that ensure thatlegalrisks are managed appropriately within the business.


• Providinglegaland related strategic advice regarding the actions and measures necessary to secure/facilitate compliance with thelegalmatters related to laws, rules & regulations.


• Handling all aspects of the corporatelegalfunction which include


• implementinglegalstandard processes, systems, effective policies


• ensurelegalcompliancelegaldue diligence, drafting, vetting, negotiation and finalization.


• Ensurelegalcompliance in the organization thereby facilitating good corporate governance and protecting Company & interest in litigation and documentation.


• Work across all internal groups to instil core knowledge/competency onlegalissues.


• Coordinate and work closely with external counsels, wherever necessary, onlegaladvisory, intellectual property, arbitration, litigation/consumer matters and ensure efficient and effective handling of disputes.


• Responsible for advising management & conducting research on various matters involving diverse provisions oflawand furnishinglegalopinions.


• Keep abreast of the latestlegal, regulatory and caselawdevelopments affecting the business in the NBFC& ITspace.

Desired CandidateProfile:

• LLB/LLB & CS with6-8years of experience in legal advisory, contract management, HR related matters, compliance management.


• Should be thorough withLegaldocumentation, Drafting/vetting of agreements andlegaladvisory.
