Job summary

Mobileware Technologies Pvt. Ltd. seeks a seasoned Legal Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, licensing, and SaaS agreements. You will oversee litigation coordination, compliance monitoring, and documentation to protect the company’s interests.

The ideal candidate holds an LL.B. (LL.M. preferred) with post-qualification experience in FinTech or Financial Services, plus certifications in Corporate Laws or Commercial Contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• LL.M. preferred but not mandatory.
• Additional certifications in Corporate Laws, Commercial Contracts, or Compliance will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, customer/vendor agreements, partnership agreements, technology licensing, and SaaS contracts.
• Protect the companys legal and commercial interests through effective contract management and documentation.
• Manage legal notices, customer disputes, claims, recovery matters, litigation, and arbitration in coordination with external legal counsel.
• Monitor applicable legal and statutory compliance requirements, maintain compliance trackers, and ensure timely closure of obligations.
• Coordinate with internal teams on contract execution, renewals, compliance, audits, and legal documentation.
• Maintain contract and litigation records, track case progress, and report key legal matters and compliance risks to management.
