Job summary

BW BUSINESSWORLD seeks an experienced corporate lawyer in Delhi to provide legal guidance on business and operational matters. The role includes supporting litigation matters and reviewing critical contracts to ensure compliance and risk management.

The ideal candidate holds an LLB (LLM a plus) with 5–10 years of relevant experience in corporate legal roles, emphasizing contract management and advisory capabilities. This is a full-time, on-site position in Delhi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws required; LLM will be an added advantage.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in corporate legal roles.
• Candidates with strong contract management and corporate advisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to internal teams on business & operational matters.
• Support the organization in legal notices, disputes and litigation matters.
• Review NDAs, service agreements, employment-related agreements and other legal documents.
