Sika is seeking a seasoned professional to lead strategic engagement with major developers across India, focusing on luxury residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors. You will drive specifications, early-stage influence and long-term partnerships to fuel sustainable growth through Key Project Management (KPM).
With 8–10 years in construction chemicals or related industries, a Civil Engineering degree and strong network with developers and consultants, you will craft the national KPM

To lead and drive strategic engagement with key developers and large real estate groups across India (around 30 key developers in luxury segment), ensuring specification, approval, and business growth of company solutions across residential, commercial & mixed used. The role will focus on developing long-term partnerships with top developers, driving project influence at early stages, and achieving sustainable business growth through Key Project Management (KPM).
