Job description

Own the execution of Exicom's export business - from confirmed order to dispatch to collection - across EU, MENA, Southeast Asia and US markets. You will be the single operational point of contact for distributors and key accounts after an order is placed, and you will build the process as you run it.

Key responsibilities

Order-to-cash execution

  • Own the export order book end to end with help of functional teams: PI issuance, order acceptance, production slotting with the plant, dispatch planning, invoicing and collection follow-up
  • Hold the dispatch calendar and play a crucial role in sequencing when capacity, components or container space are constrained
  • Act as the operational point of contact for distributors and key accounts post-order - acknowledgements, status, ETAs and exceptions
  • Run order acceptance as a checkpoint: pricing approvals, Incoterm and payment-term compliance, certification and documentation prerequisites confirmed before an order enters the plan
  • Maintain a rolling market-wise demand forecast and represent the export order book in S&OP
  • Oversee export documentation and LC transactions - ensure document sets are presented to the bank discrepancy-free and within shipment and expiry windows, and manage amendments, ECGC declarations, eBRC closure and incentive claims
Process and systems
  • Codify how the export desk runs: SOPs, order checklists, document templates, escalation matrices, and market-wise Incoterm and payment-term playbooks
  • Make the CRM the system of record for the export order pipeline and drive its use in daily workflow
  • Publish a weekly export operations dashboard covering order book, dispatch adherence, receivables ageing and exceptions
What we are looking for
  • 6-9 years in export order management, international sales operations, or supply chain-commercial interface roles at a manufacturer of technical or engineered products
  • Hands-on experience with LC transactions and Incoterms - you have handled a discrepancy yourself, and can explain what changes commercially between a CIP and a DDP shipment
  • Experience supporting distributor-led international sales
  • Strong systems discipline - CRM and ERP native, advanced Excel
  • Able to work across plant, finance, logistics and sales without formal authority

Good to have: background in EV charging, power electronics, solar or energy storage; experience setting up an operations function from scratch; exposure to EU or US market entry.
