Overview

JDCampaign Lead – New Customer Acquisition. Role Overview: Responsible for end-to-end customer acquisition strategy, campaign operations and sales support across regions. Lead teams, manage vendors & call centre performance, optimise input allocation and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Campaign Managers & Floor Managers.
• Identify and onboard new data sources for customer acquisition.
• Vendor management – onboarding, billing, input quality & cost control.
• Manage call centre productivity and ensure optimum data utilisation.
• Maintain cost per input and cost per acquisition within targets.
• Ensure compliance with Distance Marketing & TRAI guidelines.
• Input management through PFA & D2FSC; monitor daily run rate & allocation.
• Drive WRP & VNB achievement for various geographies.
• Provide strategic inputs to sales teams to improve efficiency.
• Drive product mix, persistency, F2F, conversion & issuance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Maintain data security and governance across all campaigns.
