Job summary

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. is seeking a client relationship professional to coordinate with mid- and senior management level clients, handling HNI requests and scheduling investments and trust advisory calls.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to address client queries, ensuring all requests are processed within TAT on the CMS system and maintaining strong relationship management skills.

• Coordinating with mid-and-senior management level clients for their requirements and requests
• Managing customized requests of HNI clients
• Scheduling investments and trust advisory calls
• Managing client requests/queries/complaints by coordinating with the internal stakeholders concerned
• Ensuring all requests are managed within TAT on the CMS system.
