Job summary

Talent Seed Hr Services in Bengaluru invites an experienced HR professional to lead Operations, Process Excellence and Analytics initiatives within HR, with a focus on scalable processes.

You will drive end-to-end HR processes, standardize workflows, implement automation, and develop dashboards using Power BI to track attrition, headcount and productivity. Collaboration with HR, IT and leadership is essential to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• MBA with full-time program.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience in HR operations and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve end-to-end HR operational processes.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, duplication and manual interventions.
• Drive process standardization and implement best practices across HR operations.
• Develop and maintain HR process documentation, SOPs, workflows and process governance.
• Monitor operational SLAs, turnaround times and process effectiveness.
• Identify HR processes that can be automated and lead automation initiatives.
• Partner with HR, IT and technology teams to implement HR automation solutions.
• Develop and manage HR dashboards, MIS and analytical reports for management.
• Analyze workforce and HR operational data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Build dashboards covering key HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, headcount, employee movements, absenteeism, productivity.
