Job summary

Orient Jewellers in Kolkata seeks an experienced HR leader to oversee the HR function, covering end-to-end Performance Management, employee engagement, and training initiatives to strengthen our retail workforce.

You will partner with business leaders as an HRBP, develop HR reports and analytics, and drive end-to-end recruitment to support growth. A strong background in HRMS and retail HR is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience.
• Hands-on experience in managing HRMS.
• Retail background preferred.
• Expertise in HRBP activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and appraisal cycles.
• Lead employee engagement and connect initiatives to enhance culture, satisfaction, and retention.
• Design, coordinate, and implement Training & Development programs based on organizational needs.
• Act as HR Business Partner, partner with business leaders, provide HR guidance, and present HR reports and analytics for management.
• Support end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Performance Management System - Manage the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and appraisal cycles.

• Employee Engagement - Lead employee engagement and employee connect initiatives to enhance workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.

• Training and Development - Design, coordinate, and implement Training & Development programs based on organizational and employee development needs.

• HR Business Partnering - Act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) by partnering with business leaders, providing HR guidance, and supporting people-related initiatives. Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.

• Recruitment - Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

Qualifications

-- 10+ years of relevant HR experience.

-- Hands-on experience in managing HRMS

-- Retail Background is preferred.

-- Expertise in HRBP Activities

Must have
